    Hi Anita,

    There is no direct email address for the cancellation team. You can reach out to them by clicking on the contact support link- Contact Customer Care

    As there isn't any active subscription found under your current account (same as registered on forum) so you may select

    1- "Account Issue" 2- Payment, invoice, order

    and then click on "Show me my contact options"

    Hi Marcv,

    Looking at your account details, I assume you are referring to cancel the subscription registered in your account that you have purchased through iTune?

    If you are willing to cancel it, then you need to contact to the iTune support for the cancellation of Acrobat DC (one-year prepaid). Because it's not a direct purchase from Adobe and we do not have its payment information. Only iTune support can help you cancellation and billing in this scenario.
