Cancel my membership

Cancel my membership ASAP! This is ridiculous you can't cancel these memberships. I have been trying to cancel this for 2 freaking months and they keep charging my account. I tried to cancel since the account was created because it never worked to begin with.

    Customer Service,

    That link does not direct me to canceling the subscription it sends you in circles instead of resolving the issue. I want my account cancelled now!

    Hi whitneys26865919,

    I looked up your account using the email address that you use to post here in the forums, but did not find any subscriptions tied to that email address. Is it possible that you used a different email address to sign up? Or did purchase your subscription from one of the App stores, via your mobile device? If you purchased from an App store, you would need to contact that App store, as Adobe doesn't handle those subscriptions.

    Let me send you my contact details via private message so we can continue offline. I'll do what I can to help get this canceled, but again, if it was purchased via an App store, please contact that store to cancel.
