ON 1/16/15 I WAS BILLED $21.44, I WANT TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION.  I DID NOT GIVE YOU PERMISSION TO KEEP BILLING MY ACCOUNT.

    I've canceled your ExportPDF subscription. (Subscriptions are set up to auto renew annually, unless you turn off auto renewal).
