I urgently want to cancel my subscription.

    Dear Sir / Madam,

    I need cancelled my account for Adobe Acrobat Pro  from today.

    please you reply me you cancelled my account and you not take money in my credit card on 06/07/2023.

    If you experience any issues, you may contact the support team. I am afraid that we will not be able to cancel the subscription as we do not have access to make changes to the account information.

    Please cancel my account now. Your services have never worked in my computer and my downloads were always blocked and could never have your services even when I payed around 16 every month.

    It doesn't work like that. If you want to cancel you need to do it yourself.

    If you can't figure it out you should contact Adobe Support:

    https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
    (make sure pop-ups are not blocked; type "Agent" to chat with a real person, or via phone)
    There's no email support.
