Cancel Subscription please

I purchased a subscription to Adobe Export PDF in order to convert PDF files to Word documents, but it will not convert PDF files that are password protected, and all my textbooks for school are password protected! Please cancel my subscription. Order # AD014396413

    I've canceled your subscription. It doesn't look the order made it to the order management system yet, so you shouldn't see a charge on your account. If you do, please let us know and we will process a refund.
