cancel subscription, refund today's charge

I thought I cancelled this account after I received the letter that all accounts had been compromised and that credit card information had been stolen.

Please cancel my account ASAP and refund today's charge on my American Express ending in 3001. My zip code is 85295.

I am having the same issue! Tried to "CANCEL" this account within an hour of setting it up and discovering problems with WIN8........to no avail!!! Perhaps "Corporate" would be the correct 'contact'?!!!

The news of data compromised is old and Adobe has since then took concrete steps in making sure that hacking attempts on our servers go empty handed.

If you still want to cancel the order then you need to contact our customer service.

I searched a long time for any kind of contact email address contact phone

number anything I could use to contact customer service. The closest that I

could get was this for him. It would be great if you would just put the

phone number or email somewhere on the web site.
