Cancel susbscription

To whom it may concern,

I purchased the subscription earlier this week to convert a PDF to a word document on my mac. The file didn't convert to a word file but rather a text edit file and the format was unsable. So I am trying to cancel my subscription but it will not allow me to do it for whatever reason. How do I cancel?
