cancel the account, subscription.

Hi Adobe,

I ordered Adobe ExportPDF on Feb 26, 2015 but I have learned that it does not meet my need so I need to cancel and request my full refund of $23.88/annual subscription fee, as promised at the time of purchase if done within 30 days, which is now.  My order number is (AD015861808).    Please send me my refund and the confirmation email. 

I already tried to make this request earlier today by replying to the to your Feb 26 subscription confirmation email to me.  However I only got a bizarre email saying Adobe could not reply to my email--very disappointing. 

Please respond affirmatively.
