Buenos dias

deseo cancelar mi suscripcion y no aparece habilitada la opcion de cancelar mi plan.

por favor hacer efectiva la cancelación desde enero de 2018.

    Hi Mariajos,

    The plan that you have subscribed for, is one-year subscription. As said that its not allowing you to cancel  the subscription online, in that case you need to contact to our cancellation billing team via Chat/Phone to get the needful done for you.
