Canceled subscription, but did not get money back, Canceled subscription, but did not get money back, WTF?

how do I get my money back after canceling Acrobat.com subscription? Adobe claims they made refund, but it's not posting on my credit card account. Attempts to contact Adobe very frustrating, not feeling much customer service love at this point. They have my money and won't give it back.

    I just checked and you should be able to get on Chat fairly quickly right now. What happened when you tried yesterday? What time to you try? Chat is only available from 5am to 7pm pacific.
