Canceling ExportPDF

I want to cancel my Adobe ExportPDF service. Whenever I go through the process to do so, I get as far as clicking on "manage plan" then nothing happens.

HI Bobb,

Please contact support through Contact Customer Care

Sign in with your Adobe ID and password, then choose Account issues> Choose to  Cancel my membership>Choose to Show me my contact options>Choose the option you want to contact the Support.

And you may also contact on 1-800-833-6687 PST Monday to Friday 10 AM to 5 PM.

This does nothing. It just takes me back to where I was, and there is no option to contact anybody to do this other than to go to the community forum. I want some sort of contact number so I can cancel this!
