cancell and refund

Please cancell and refund my money as i do not want to use since its unfair I cannot use it unless upgrade and pay more.

I have already paid for one full year for simply fill sign and send then why its not letting me send unless i pay more to upgrade.

I dont need your service with this kind od business procedures.

I got almost a similar problem. I am very sorry for the inconvenience but I would like to have my refund back as much as possible for order AD001625982AP. I have a problem with currency (US$) I payed thinking It was less finding after than it was more than I can afford PLEASE HELP PLEASE

Hi amirj28225756,

I'm sorry that you're having trouble with your Adobe Send subscription. I've checked your account; it looks the subscription was stopped, but I can't tell why.

So, we can do a couple of things. Since you've already paid for a year, I can reactivate the subscription so that you can continue to send files, or I can cancel the subscription entirely and offer a full refund, since it's been less than 30 days since you signed up.

How would you like me to proceed?

sara nice of you contacting quickly.

If you think I can fill sign and send files under my current service then

reactivate.

If I have to continue struggle sending files where I have to upgrade with

more subscription then you can cancell it.

lets try reactivate and see if i can use it based on service I already

have. If I have problem then we will cancell it.

Hi Amir,

I can take care of that for you. There is no fee for Fill & Sign, but I have reactivated your Send subscription. Please be aware though, that there is a technical issue with the Send service this morning, so you may not be able to send files right away. But once that is resolved, you're all set to send files again!
