    I'm sorry that Acrobat.com didn't fit your needs. The easiest way to cancel is to contact Adobe Customer Support via the Chat link at https://www.acrobat.com/misc/en/contact-support.html. A Customer Support agent will be able to assist you with that. Chat is available from 5am – 7pm PST.
