Cancellation - How impossible!

How do I cancel the renewal of this product?

I've used the online chat, been on for an hour - no help

Sent an email to my account manager who tells me he will revisit it at the renewal point in 5 months., seriously?!!

Can upgrade and add products, but not cancel.

Disgraceful.

Please help me cancel by providing an email address.

I purchased your service through online services so don't expect to have to call a call center to stop renewal.
