Cancellation invalid subscription

I have been trying for the past 2 hours to get assistance from someone through the chat with cancellation of my supposed adobe acrobat subscription that I had no awareness of but apparently was being charged for the last several months for. Every person I've chatted with stated they can give me three months free and if they cancel I will be charged a large amount, then disconnecting from the chat. 

 

How do I resolve this? I did not agree to this subscription and at this point am getting ready to cancel my entire account including my valid subscription for photoshop I've had for years.

We have checked your account, and all the Acrobat subscriptions appear to be canceled.

There is no active subscription for Acrobat under your account.
