Cancellation requestion for the 11th time!

I bought this software (AdobePDF) and didn't need to use it. We scraped the document. Since then, I've been emailing you constantly requesting a refund.
I do not like to have to go to my bank to get issues like this resolved. Credit my account immediately. Problems are questions, let me know immediately.
