Canno't convert pdf to word do i need to pay extra for this or am i doing something wrong

I am trying to convert PDF to word not sure of how to do it or is this an extra charge.

    I just paid for the service yesterday and have not been able to Export and Edit even one PDF. The text is garbled. i would love an answer or my money returned.
