Cannot Access 'Adobe PDF Pack, Annual‎'

Question

I cannot seem to access this program or use it to edit or type on my PDF files?

How do I actually download this now i;ve paid for it?

I've tried about 5 times to do this and finding it frustrating as I cannot use what I've purchased?

And there doesn't seem to be a number to call for support.

Please help!

I also tried over 10 times but couldntproceed to next step.I don't understand why this applications got so hard to apply. I spent over 4 hours to beginning folder to change gto pdf file, getting signature and save the file in my desktop which won't save to continue.With frustration,Komelia OkimSent from my Samsung device
