cannot access Export PDF

i purchased subscription for Export PDF and money has come off my card but cannot access it. my account does not say that i have bought it

Check the email confirming the purchase and make sure you are using the SAME Adobe ID. It's very easy to end up with two or more.

The only email I received asked me to click on a link to verify subscription.  I cannot use the link again as it has timed out

Did you manage to verify the subscription when the link was current? If not, you're going to need to contact Adobe.
