Cannot access the product I just purchased

I sent my money to be able to convert a PDF to a Word Doc, but when I receive the email and use the verification link, nothing happens.  If I can use the product, then I need to cancel my subscription and ask for a refund.

    Hi and thanks for the response to my message. I played around with it awhile, and it finally worked. I think my computer was just taking a break. Anyhow, I've used it and I'm very pleased with the results. No worries here.
