cannot complete billing process

I cancelled the PDF Cloud subscription to order Export PDF but I cannot complete the billing.  How do I complete this process?

Hello Bartjc,

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, you are not able to complete the billing of Adobe ExportPDF service, Is that correct?

The record shows that you subscribed to Acrobat Pro DC subscription which is in a canceling state, and earlier you had Adobe ExportPDF service which is also canceled.

I will request you to contact the Adobe support team to place a new order and to get the canceled contract removed from your Adobe account. Contact support through Contact Customer Care

I have also sent the direct contact details of Adobe support via private message, please check your email inbox.
