I am having the same issues. I signed up last night for the $1.99/mo option which has on the website I will be able to convert PDF to PowerPoint format (PPTX).

When I try to convert the PDF file to PowerPoint...it continuously loops me to the subscription page.

I'm sorry, but since you have purchased Export PDF subscription, you cannot export PDF TO PPT format.

Refer: FAQ | Adobe Export PDF

If you wish to do the same, then you might need to change your subscription to Adobe PDF Pack service.

I am a bit confused because on the (https://www.acrobat.com/en_us/landing/exportpdf-pricing-b.html?trackingid=KLFWX ) site where I made my purchase, it explicitly says with that plan I would be able to convert to Powerpoint.

What am I missing?

I've checked your account: You have an ExportPDF subscription, which doesn't include the capability of exporting to PowerPoint format. Adobe PDF Pack does include that option, so if you'd like to change your subscription to PDF Pack, we can help with that (there is a difference in cost: http://cloud.acrobat.com).

Have you tried converting any other PDF file to PPT format?
