cannot create PDF from Indesign CS6 file. Program crashes.

I have indesign file CS6. Want to make pdf using Acrobat Pro X and all it does now is it crashes.

Cannot find a fix. Please help

Receive this message-

"Acrobat could not open 'test 3.17 new outside 2024 gate handout.pdf' because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded)."

As you are experiencing issues with Acrobat X, I would like to inform you that it is an old and unsupported version. The application is not tested on the latest OS versions, and you may experience issues while using the application on the latest OS. If you have the installer available for Acrobat X, try reinstalling the application and ensure it is updated to the latest version. Check if that helps.

Thank you for your response. After hundreds of crashes, reloading programs, and at wits end- I bit the bullet and upgraded to CCloud. Now no more problems. The job had to go to the printer!
