cannot get customer service

Question

online and within 15 minutes I  a Adobe product online and within 15 minutes I emailed asking for cancellation. That email was returned undeliverable. I've tried multiple times to contact customer service I cannot find a phone number when I go online it just loops in the website and you never get away to cancel when I finally went to manage accounts and cancelled it there it showed a cancellation date a year from now however the email said that if you cancel within 30 days you get a full refund but they have not refunded my money and I can't get ahold of anybody. Does anybody have a phone number or a direct email to customer service?
