Cannot install Audition 3

Cannot install Audition 3 because cannot get pass the license and activation portion.   Tried everything the Adobe website said to do including downloading the files for offline activation and still cannot get pass the activation screen for the license.  Using the License that is listed on the back of my purchased case and the program will not accept it.  HELP, THIS IS SO RIDICULOUS THAT I CANNOT USE THE PRODUCT THAT I PAID FOR WITH THE LICENSE THAT IS SUPPLIED!
