Cannot log into Adobe Viewer on my iPad using my normal Adobe ID !!

I have logged into Acrobat.com but still get the irritating authentication failed message when I try to log in with my Adobe ID

    Please let me know which Browser you are using and its version.

    Have you checked with a different browser if possible?

    The latest version of Safari (on iPad) I have also tried Chrome (iPad)

    Hi steve du randt,

    Please clear the browser cache and try to log in directly to Acrobat Pro, PDF Pack, Export PDF & More | Acrobat Document Solutions using your Adobe ID and password. Also, make sure that there are no firewall/proxy settings that are limiting your access to the Internet.
