Cannot login into document cloud from android 4.0.4

Hi guys

I can no longer login into the document cloud from my adobe reader. It says, there is no internet connection but in actual case I have an active connection and can browse the internet. I could login before the adobe update. I have also verified that I can connect to the adobe activation servers. Please check the attached screenshots.

Tablet: Samsung tablet 10.1 GT-P7510

Android: 4.0.4

How can i fix this?

Hi Anish,

As shared above, that the Android version you are working on 4.0.4. This is a very old OS of Android on which Adobe Reader mobile app would not be supported. As its an unsupported version so, I wonder that it has ever worked for you on this version of Android.

Looking at the screenshot it seems you are just trying to access the document cloud service via web. As this hasn't been tested on the old version so it would be difficult to identify the reason for not being able to access it now.

You must try with the updated OS or if you have any different device then check through that.
