Cannot open files after renaming the file

I renamed my files on acrobat.com (on my laptop) and then attempted to open them on my iPad. The file will download and won't display. It says "This document cannot be previewed."

Well it's taken me over 2 years to solve this for you.

I've been working night and day seven days a week for almost the entirety of that period.

You need to add the extension (i.e. .PDF) after the filename when renaming a file in the document cloud.

Unlike the save dialogue box in Acrobat on a PC or Mac, the cloud-based application does not insert the extension automatically.
