Cannot open PDF files in a particular SharePoint Online site when using Adobe Document Cloud

I get the following error when opening .PDF files from a particular SharePoint Online site and only when using Microsoft Edge. I can open it in the browser, but not when using Adobe Docuent Cloud.

All the other sites are OK and have reviewed the site and libraries settings and no issues have been found.
