Cannot print jpg to pdf, help!

I cannot print multiple jpg to one pdf file since January this year, please help

This is my usual step
- Push "select all" jpg file in preview
- Click "Print"
- Select Left bottom "Save as PDF"

- Click "Save"

- Click "Use.pdf"

Then the error message appears:
"Print

Error while printing"
