I have a subscription to Adobe PDF Pack.
Because the programme kept freezing, I uninstalled it and now wish to reinstal it.
!When I log in to my account even though I am subscribed to the product until April 2018, it does not give me an option of reinstalling it. It simply tries to get me to take out other contracts.
I just want to re-instal it.
Why can't Adobe make this simple?
Please advise, or cancel my subscription and refund me.

As per the issue description mentioned above, you are unable to install Acrobat Reader on your desktop, is that correct?
Adobe PDF Pack is an online service which you can access in Acrobat Reader desktop application.
Please follow the steps given in the following links to install Reader on your computer:
