cannot save to cloud

Hi 

I am having trouble saving pdfs to the cloud. I get a message saying:

"A document is being processed by an Adobe online service. Try again later."

I have a subscription to Adobe and all was working fine up until about three weeks ago. I've checked on the forums and this problem was raise a couple of years ago, but there was no mention of a solution. I've also had issues exporting pdfs and opening recents recently.

Any ideas???

Hi Tony, 

 

Sorry to for the delay in response to your query. 

The error message shared above, do you get this while opening a PDF from the Acrobat/Reader DC desktop application or Acrobat Online itself?

If you continue to experience the same error, then try the following steps-

1-Close the application and reopen it.

2- Sign Out of Acrobat and Sign back In.

3- Switch the Internet connection for a while and check back. 

4- If you are manage to upload the file on Document Cloud web: https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/then, try the next step.

5- Have to cleanup the current application files, profile and traces. Run this cleaner tool for removal: http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html  and reinstall the app.

Hi Akanchha

Thank you for this. The cleanup tool seems to have done the trick. I was
a bit concerned that the tool required that the application be deleted but
ultimately all is now well and I can access the cloud for my pdfs.
