Cannot see export options

I recently updated MS office on my computer and suddenly I cannot see or use export options in Adobe PDF. My ExportPDF subscription is current. How do I bring back conversion toolbar?

Hi Theodoreb,

Are you using the web browser to access the services https://cloud.acrobat.com/  or the desktop application Adobe Reader DC?

The "Document Cloud Services"  https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf  site was down and there was an intermittent issue going on. Which has affected few users and impacted their document cloud services (Exporting, Creating and Combing). This has been escalated to the concern team and they have been working on the resolution.

The issue has now been rectified and the services should be up and running fine. If it still doesn't work then you may help us with the screenshot of how the Tool menu appears at your end?

For testing purpose, try with the different web browser and check again.
