OK, I am going to try and remove some of the items in my storage and see if

that takes care of the problem.

Hi Bobbys,

With the exception of Adobe Send, the Dcoument Cloud services allow you to upload and convert files that are up to 100 MB.

At this time, we are providing 5GB of free storage. There is not currently a way to purchase more.

You may refer to Document Cloud Help | File size limitations Link: https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/help/file-size-limitations.html

Please try the troubleshooting steps from the following KB doc to resolve the connectivity issues: Resolve connection errors with Adobe Creative Cloud and Creative Suite applications  Link: https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html

Can't connect to Adobe.com online service Link: https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/multi/troubleshoot-cant-connect-online-service.html

Hi Bobbys,

Please connect the computer to a different network environment like a guest wireless network, or to a hotspot network of a cell phone.

Keep us posted with the results.

OK, here is where I now stand, one the machine I am on now (call it #1) it

will not even connect to the Cloud start page, the little circle just goes

round and round. My other desk unit (call it #2) connected immediately, but

still the same problem. Both of these are hard-wired to the internet.

Tried to use my laptop, using my neighbors' wifi, same problem. So want can

I do?

Hi Bobbys,

As per the description above, you are not able to upload any file into document cloud storage, Is that correct?

Please refer to the following KB doc: Cannot upload file Link: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat-com/kb/cannot-upload-file-acrobat.html

Use a different browser to upload files, like Chrome or Firefox or Safari. And if possible, connect to a different network envoirnment like Guest network, or a hotspot network of your cellphone.

Hope this works, and keep us posted with the results.

Regards,

Anand Sri.
