Cannot update the application

non riesco ad aggiornare il mio Adobe, risulta pagato ma non posso più salvare i filein PDF, anzi me ne fa fare solo uno al giorno ...... che strano.

poi ho provato ad aggiornare l'abbonamento ma mi dice che la procedura non può essere completata.  ma mi dice che la procedura non può essere completata. mi dice di contattre l'assistenza clienti, ma a che numero?

As per the issue description mentioned above, you are facing issue when trying to save pdf to pdf, is that correct?

As we have checked the account details using the email address you are logged into the forums, you have subscription for Export PDF.

Export PDF is an online service that you can use through the desktop application Adobe Acrobat Reader DC: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions or online using a web browser at this link: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

You just need to “Sign In” using the email under which you have subscription registered. You may also see the help document for detailed description: FAQ | Adobe Export PDF, Document Cloud
