Cannot upload file

I have just joined the Adobe Pro XI, with cloud storage. Am trying to upload my first file - and it is 'stuck saying uploading...."

Please let me know the exact workflow to upload the file to cloud storage using the Acrobat.

Also let me know which operating system you are using Including the Name and version.
