I purchased PDF edit software, 1 month. my bank account was charged. I still dont have function on my computer. Has adobe ripped me off?

    Hi, I have 5 Adobe Pro licences and added my 5th user recentley and they are not able to use the Pro product. It keeps asking her to subscribe.

    Good day ive purchased Adobe, amount has been deducted from my account but i still cant edit my pdf

    We checked your account with the email address used to sign in here on the community page. There is no active subscription listed under the account. There is a cancelled subscription that shows for the current date.

    Please try signing out of Acrobat and rebooting the machine. Then open this link: https://adobe.ly/3zFei3N, and sign in using your Adobe ID and password.

    Once signed in, try launching Acrobat and Signing in again. Check if you can access the application.

    same as the above just last week before memorial day holiday I needed to change a file to a pdf format in order to edit the document so I purchased for 1 year 29.99 my card was charge and nothing was given to me just states " Purchase success" PDF I'm requesting a immediate refund pls since I've have not received the information

    I purchased Acrobat Pro on 29.01.2024 and my bank account was charged. However I don't have any function on my computer, I can only use it online. By the way, when I check the invoice on Adobe system there is no invoice. But I received a thank you mail for the payment from Adobe. I am confused, please help.
