Additional- We see that you are a subscriber of Adobe PDF Pack, and the subscription is up and running fine. So you may refer to the related help document Bought ExportPro Subscription but still can't export PDFs to Word docs  where similar issue has been addressed and resolved and follow the steps suggested.
