cant convert pdf files

i've purchased 'export pdf' in 11st january and i still cant convert my pdf files!

Apple already billed me for this!! and it is not workin for almost a month!

    It seems you have bought the Export PDF subscription through Apple store, you might try checking the status of your purchase through the following link:

    View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support 

    Could you please let me know if there is any error message you are getting when trying to export pdf files?
