Cant download adobe

I have been having issues with adobe since purchasing my macbook. When i first attempted downloading it would stop at 30% and not progress from there no matter how long I left it. I have done everything in the technical support link and ended up downloading through one of the links in technical support. This worked fine until it was time to update adobe and now I am having th exact same issue with it stopping at 30% and to top it all off now the link I used before in technical support aren't working wither.

What do i do from here?

    Downloading what?  Adobe is a company with literally hundreds of different software products; each have a distinct name.  So what are you trying to download?
