cant download converted document

I have converted a pdf to a powerpoint, I can see it on the clod storage but the download hangs

As mentioned, that you can see it on cloud storage so I believe you are referring on web?

I suggest you to try with a different web browser, or delete the chase and cookies.
Or try with a different internet connection for a while.
Or check with a different file for testing purpose.
