Cant open my PDF's on acrobat.com app, my files keep saying 'Error Connecting' and i have full internet bars

have transferred all my files from my Mac Book Pro, to Acrobat.com cloud. I can see all the files on my iPad, but when i click into them to preview them it starts to load then says, "Connection error to Acrobat.com" but my internet is connecting to everything else i try. How do i get my files to connect and open?

Are you trying to access those PDF files that you've stored on Acrobat.com from within the Reader mobile app?

Yes I am using the app of the itunes store.

Hi again,

What happens when you log out of the Reader app, and then log back in? And, I'm curious, are you able to access your account when you log in to ExportPDF from your MacBook Pro?
