cant print in my computer any pdf document, I bought this adobe program but when I want to print something it says I need to renew my subscription?

As we have checked the account information using the email address you are logged into the forums, we see that you have an active subscription of Adobe Acrobat. If you are printing in Adobe Reader, try signing out of the application and sign back in and try again.

You can also download Adobe Acrobat, ( if not already installed) from here: Download and install Acrobat DC subscription on a computer

Also, make sure that you are "Signing In" using the correct email address under which you have made the purchase.
