I AM PUTTING IN THE SAME PASSWORD AND USER ID I USE FOR MY DESKTOP APPLICATION, BUT FOR SOME REASON, I CANNOT ACCESS MY FILES FROM MY IPHONE. I KEEP GETTING AN INVALID PASSWORD OR USER ID MESSAGE AND I AM ABSOLUTELY SURE I AM PUTTING THE INFORMATION IN CORRECTLY.
