    Gentilmente vorrei sapere come fare la disdetta, ormai ho preso la fregatura, cosa me faccio di un programma a pagamento senza poterlo usare.

    Could you please elaborate the issue and provide us more details like the exact  version of adobe application you are using and also the OS version on your system ?

    When exactly do you get this error message ?
