Change of Account personal details

There is an error in my account. The Country/Region is shown as UG instead of UK and I have failed to change it by editing the personal information page. I have been at it for an hour. I had live chat and I was told I was being transferred but the connection was cut. I cannot find how to email Adobe on this.
