Change sign-in email address

I have Export PDF and I need to change my log-in email address

However 'help' instructions don't tally with what I see on screen.

For example it says go to 'Manage Account' after signing in but no such tab is visible.

Anyone got a suggestion please?

Hi Garry,

Can you please let us know what instructions you're referencing that don't mesh with what you're seeing (if there's outdated information, we need to get it fixed up!)

That said, do you see the Manage Account link on the left side of the window when you're logged in to http://www.adobe.com?

That's the link that'll take you to your account information page, where you can update your email address.

Please let us know how it goes.

Hi Sara

I have found Manage Account link.

I enter new email address but get no verification email, and none when I hit re-send verification email. (tried several times)

Page says your account changes couldn’t be saved.

Any ideas because I need to delete my Beauwater address urgently.
