changed email address now cannot access documents in cloud

    Hi Davidt26087395,

    The email address that you have registered currently, is it the one that you have changed? Or the primary one?

    As I cant see any Document Cloud service registered under current account, so there could be a possibility that you might have created two account rather than changing email.

    You may try Signing In your Adobe account and see whether email has changed properly or not.

    You may also see the exact process of Changing Adobe ID email

    Also, If you could share both of the emails (Primary and the one you changed to) via private message I will check what went wrong with the account.

    Good morning Akanchha

    Thanks for your response. The email address which I originally

    registered (primary) was XYZ this no longer exists

    and cannot be used to verify my identity. I wish to change my primary

    address to ABC with DFE as backup.
