How to I download to a new computer. I sign in and follow the instructions to find the serial number but when I get to the order number it doesn't show "download history or serial numbers link. I've been going round in circles for days.

As we have checked the details for your account using the email address you are logged into the forums, you have a subscription for Adobe Export PDF. Adobe Export PDF is an online service that you can access online via: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf as well as through the Adobe Reader DC desktop application which you can download from here: Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution
You just need to “Sign In” using the email (Adobe ID) under which you have subscription registered.
For any troubleshooting, refer to: Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).
