I seem to have my account set as a UK account as when I go to pay for the upgrade to use order a creative cloud it doesn't allow me to change the country payment card. I now live in the USA and all my cards are the USA so I'm unable to upgrade. How do I change my account's country.

It's not possible to change the country associated with an Adobe ID, but there is a workaround. Please see this document for instructions: http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/change-country-associated-with-adobe-id.html
